Ajax U20 Training for HK Soccer 7’s Ajax are playing 5v5 (+1 neutral) in the penalty area.
They are working on posession and switching the play across the width of the penalty box.
There are neutral players around the box.
At oposite ends are target men and along the side of the box are out lets.
The game lasted less than 10mins at a high intensity, they played three games with water breaks between.
